- Dropped foot resulting from the first motor neuron lesion,
- Isolated peroneal nerve lesions associated with traumas resulting from gun or surgical applications.
Effective Mechanism:
- Common peroneal nerve of patient with dropped foot is stimulated by placing two self-adhesive transcutaneous electrode, one on top of fibula bone where the nerve is close to surface, and the other one on motor point of tibialis anterior. Patient wears a simple-use sock which consist of a miniature button switch under the heel of dropped foot, and walking performance is controlled by means of this switch. As patient walks, miniature stimulator mounted on the kneepad sends stimulating signals which help dorsoflexion and eversion of the foot.

- The system is delivered to patient in our center after a short trainning for application.
- Patient can use the system any where, any time.
- Provides practical usage compared with mechanical devices such as AFO (Ankle-Foot Orthosis) which keeps dropped foot at 90˚ stopped and FES (Functional Electrical Stimulator) devices.
- Operated with rechargable battery. When the battery is gone, it is easily recharged by a portable recharge unit given with the device free of charge.
