Professor Tulgar, founder of International Neurotechnology Center, Istanbul, Turkey, is a scientist who dedicated his life to the field of neurostimulation and neuroimplantation. Our main field of interests cover optimization of parameters and development of new implantation technics for safe and effective neurostimulation therapy.
