Effective Mechanism:

1. A special TENS with Corset that has been designed to manage low back pain. Nerves, with partial functional loss resulting from deformation as a result of disease or trauma, regain their performance getting depolarized by artifial stimulation signals that are consistent with human neurophysiology.
2. Thick myelinated sensory nerve fibers, that are sensitive to light mechanical stimuli, are selectively stimulated, thus partially or completely blocking the transmission of pain through the spinal cord in accordance with well known “The Gate Control Theory”.
3. A user-friendly system. Two large transcutaneous have been mounted on a special corset with stainless-steel flexible plates placed over the paravertebral muscles. A muscle relaxing gel medicine is put on the electrodes. Therefore, three effects are given at one section: mechanical stability (corset), pain relief (well known analgesic effect of TENS) and muscle relax (gel medicine). A miniature TENS unit mounted on the front surface of the corset provides combined modulation of frequency and pulses in accordance with ongoing cardio-vasculer activity.
